What really stands out to me, having worked with buyers, sellers, and investors across the West Valley for over 20 years, is how some markets are seeing even their fifth-highest sales above $10M. That\u2019s a clear sign of deep luxury demand and robust pricing at the upper end. In one market, the top five sales stayed between $24M and $40M\u2014showing a tighter spread than we often see. These figures are based on public listings, so private sales may well be pushing the ceiling even higher.
