When it comes to housing affordability, our Arizona markets landed right in the middle of the latest national rankings. Phoenix-Mesa-Chandler came in at No. 40, with a median home price of $507,246. While we’re not topping the charts, we’re certainly holding steady compared to some other major areas—Southern California, for example, saw Los Angeles finish last across the country.
